I recently had the pleasure of staying at this place and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location is simply stunning, set in a great place with breathtaking views. The service provided here was top-notch, from the friendly and attentive staff to the luxurious room amenities such as ironing facilities, mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, with complimentary toiletries and even an electric kettle in the room. I had a wonderful weekend getaway at a hotel in Napareuli. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and the staff were very accommodating. They even opened up a conference room for me to work in, which was perfect for getting some writing done during my stay. The upgraded rooms were great and I especially loved the bathrooms. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

The hotel had a beautiful infinity pool overlooking a stunning view. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel had a great location, with easy access to nearby attractions.
The hotel lacked in amenities and entertainment options. The rooms were not cleaned on a regular basis and the communal areas were not kept clean.

The upkeep of the hotel was not up to par. Our room was poorly maintained and not very clean.
